I am originally from the great state of Ohio! I was brought up in the suburbs of Cincinnati and went to college at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I graduated with a degree in Finance and worked in the finance/accounting industry for about 2 years. During this time I picked up a part-time hobby of trying to disprove Universal Christianity and, well… That didn’t quite work as planned. After an in depth intellectual conversion, the conversion of the heart soon followed. I fell in Love with Christ and His Church and I felt the desire to try and make a difference in our Church today. Soon after, Focus started popping up in my life, though I had never heard of it while I was in college. The desire that I had been experiencing was now paired with a real possibility of service through Focus. I wanted to give of myself as a witness to Christ for students in University. As a missionary, my greatest desire is to become a friend and mentor to students and help them encounter God and pursue a more meaningful life than what the culture has to offer. We are here to train and equip future professionals for the objective Good, which is rooted in the Love of God and Love of Neighbor. 

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed with the most amazing people who have journeyed with me as I serve on campus. And I would love for you to be a part of it!
