We encounter God in an intimate relationship through daily prayer, the sacraments and the Scriptures.
“We have only this life to live by faith. It is true I am not always faithful, but I never lose courage. I leave myself in the Arms of Our Lord. We must abandon the future into the hands of God.” – St. Therese of Lisieux
The Lord has called me to serve at the University of Massachusetts – Amherst!
Having been raised in a lukewarm Catholic family, I never viewed myself as a daughter of God. The placement of my identity was focused on the worldly aspects and what my peers thought of me. That was until my freshman year of college when I met a FOCUS missionary who pursued me and I had spent time at the Newman Center where everyone was exemplifying a Christ-like love.
I dove deeper into my faith one night in Eucharistic Adoration and knew I wanted to repent and be in a relationship with our Lord. Throughout my time in college, I have been able to experience His love and now have the same opportunity to invite students to experience His love!
When I gave my “YES” to FOCUS, I committed myself to serve the Lord and to promise to live a life like His, in living in friendship and community, in the Sacraments, in prayer, and in the teachings of the Gospel.
I would not be able to do this without your prayerful and financial support! I would be honored to have you join my support team and fulfill the Great Commission, as St. John Paul II once said, “Some people give to the missions by going, others go to the missions by giving. Without both, there is no mission.” Please reach out to me and I would love to share the mission of Christ with you!

By building genuine friendships, we meet students on a deeper level.
We teach students how to share the gospel, who in turn teach other students how to pass it on.
