After the opportunity in Denver of serving my first year on mission while living in community, God has invited me to walk alongside students at the University of Georgia! I’m stoked for this year and can’t wait to see what God does. I would love for an opportunity to share more with you about the mission, my testimony, or just catch up, so please give me a shout.

If it wasn’t for my friend Collin, a FOCUS missionary at Ole Miss at the time, I likely would never have converted. Through my journey of conversion (and my first year on mission), I have finally been learning to let go, let the Father love me, and trust Him in a way that is much more grateful & free, rather than constantly living out of fear or demand. God has sustained a desire within me to be available for others, spend intentional time walking with their sufferings, live life alongside them, and grow in Christ together. There is a huge trend of struggle in the lives of today’s college students, our future leaders. My vision, which FOCUS gives me the opportunity to fulfill, is to be the example Collin has been for me: to lead all I meet one step closer to a deeper freedom in Christ and His mercy, by fighting on their behalf to bring confidence & joy in the hope of an everlasting home.

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on God’s providence of spiritual and financial support from mission partners to help me through this mission. I’ve been blessed so far to continue this mission and am so grateful for the relationships in this opportunity. Not everyone is called to share with me God’s resources which they steward, either of loving prayers or finances, but I do encourage you to pass those around to wherever His love of you may lead. Wherever you may share, know that He will always provide everything you need for His will for you and He will bless you.
