God has called me to serve the parish of Immaculate Conception in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri!

Although I was blessed to grow up in a Catholic home, I quickly fell into the trap of finding my fulfillment in anything but the Lord. In high school and college, I found my worth in my relationships, partying, and success. All of these things left me empty and miserable. My junior year of college, I had an encounter with the Lord through my Bible study leader, who showed me the incredible love and mercy of Jesus Christ. Through prayer and participation in the Sacraments, I formed a deep, intimate relationship with the Lord, that has given me fulfillment, purpose, and joy. He has lit His flame of love in me and gently called me to serve as a FOCUS missionary to lead others to Him. I’m incredibly excited to serve as the hands, feet, and heart of Jesus to build up His Kingdom on earth so others will come to know His radical love and mercy too.

This year, I am presented with an opportunity to serve in a parish, where I get to bring the love and mercy of God to adults and raise them up to be leaders in their parish, families, workplaces, and communities. I would love to share more about this new role of mine with you!

When I answered the call to join FOCUS, I made the decision to rely on the spiritual and financial support of mission partners to help me through this mission.
